Johnathan McNeill

Johnathan is a Senior Analyst of MXR Hospitality where he helps with market analysis, underwriting, and performance tracking.
Prior to joining MXR Hospitality, Johnathan was with McNeill Hotel Company serving as an Analyst for Investments and Asset Management upon graduation in 2021. In his role he helped support the full cycle of hospitality acquisitions, including market analysis, underwriting, and due diligence. He also supported financial analysis, performance tracking, and maintaining financial models throughout the full portfolio.
Johnathan graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Real Estate Concentration.
Outside of work, Johnathan enjoys golfing, traveling, and supporting TCU athletics.
