Mariam Morshedi
General Counsel
Mariam is the Managing Attorney of MXR’s Real Estate Legal Department, where she oversees all legal aspects of the firm’s real estate transactions. She has served, and remains, in the same role for parent company RREAF Holdings since 2023.
Mariam founded the nonprofit Subscript Law and worked in litigation and policy for the AARP Foundation in Washington, D.C.
Mariam received a J.D. cum laude from Boston University Law School, an M.Sc. in Law and Anthropology from The London School of Economics, and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.
