Valerie Bolton
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Valerie Bolton is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources for MXR Hospitality’s leadership team where she contributes to overseeing complex multi-disciplinary projects, while designing and implementing strategic and tactical HR competencies to align the business with the needs of MXR Hospitality’s most important asset-the associates.
Prior to joining MXR Hospitality, Valerie worked for McNeill Hotel Company as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, Valerie worked for Bowlmor-AMF as a Director of Talent Acquisition as well as an HR Business Partner.
Valerie received a B.S. from the University of North Texas and holds a Senior Certified Professional Certification through the Society of Human Resources.
Outside of work Valerie can be found with her husband in the stands of select baseball games, marching band competitions, and soccer games for her twin boys or traveling to see her daughter, son-in law, and grandchildren at every chance possible.
