Kim Knop
Vice President, Business Development
Kim serves as Vice President, Business Development for MXR Hospitality leading growth initiatives and developing strategic partnerships between MXR Hospitality and owners.
Prior to joining MXR Hospitality, Kim was with McNeill Hotel Company as the VP of Sales & Marketing from 2015 to 2024, then served as the VP of Development from 2024 to 2025. Kim has over 35 years of hotel experience in various aspects of Sales and Marketing including management of multiple hotels with Marriott International, MASTER Hospitality, Chartwell Hospitality, and Interstate Hotels.
Kim attended the University of Memphis majoring in Business Administration. Kim has been recognized as having the “Sales Team of the Year Award” on two separate occasions by Marriott International while winning “Area Director of Sales of the Year” for Chartwell Hospitality and was recognized by Interstate Hotels as recipient of the “Sales Excellence Award – Top Sales”.
Outside of work, Kim loves spending time with her family at the lake, where they enjoy boating, fishing, and paddleboarding.
