Eric Watts
President
Eric is the President of MXR Hospitality, where he contributes to the site identification, underwriting, negotiation, entitlements, and ground-up development in the extended stay sector.
Prior to the creation of MXR, Eric managed several ground-up multifamily, residential, hotel, and retail projects as well as multifamily CapEx for parent company RREAF Holdings.
Eric attended the University of Memphis and has a degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Eric enjoys cooking, golfing, hunting, and the outdoors, spending time with his wife, daughter, and son, family, and friends, as well as cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
