Dawne is the Vice President of Development at MXR Hospitality, where she supports construction funding management and processing across the MXR portfolio.
Prior to joining MXR Hospitality, Dawne spent more than eight years on the construction lending side, including helping manage a $200MM+ construction loan portfolio over the last four years. Before her banking career, she worked at a well-known Dallas-based law firm, where she prepared loan documents for closings and drafted materials related to loan restructurings, workouts, and foreclosures.
