Brent McDowell
Chief Executive Officer
Brent is the Chief Executive Officer of MXR Hospitality where he guides and supports the leadership team on all aspects of the company’s performance.
Prior to joining MXR Hospitality Brent was with McNeill Hotel Company since its inception in 2015 most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the company operation, and prior to that he was with Pillar Hotels/Archon Group and held roles in Construction, above-property Operations, and Asset Management. Prior to that, Brent spent 15 years with Marriott International, The Peabody Hotel Group, and Interstate Hotels in various levels of Sales and Revenue Management positions.
Brent received his B.S. Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys traveling with his wife April, supporting the University of Memphis athletics, and participating in field trial competitions and duck hunting with their Labrador Retrievers.
